What is your opinion of California being the first state to pass legislation for a health exchange that will?

comply with the requirements that must be met in 2014?

Individuals and small businesses will be able to use the online exchange to compare and buy plans in five categories, ranging from a "platinum" level of benefits to much leaner catastrophic coverage. Consumers will also be able to find out whether they're eligible for federal subsidies to pay for coverage, which will be required of most Americans in 2014.What is your opinion of California being the first state to pass legislation for a health exchange that will?
Great idea.
A peek at kali-fork-in-ya's current status would lead me to view anything that they do with a suspicious eye. Many of the country's liberal fads are birthed in CA and look where it has taken them; to the edge of the financial abyss. What is your opinion of California being the first state to pass legislation for a health exchange that will?
california is broke. them passing legislation is a joke since they can't pass a budget and thus there's no money to implement the legislation
Sounds like more people will get a fair deal.

With legalization and more health insurance

California will be the healthiest it has ever been. What is your opinion of California being the first state to pass legislation for a health exchange that will?
I think SB 810, or single payer healthcare should be passed. It will allow us to be at the forefront of health insurance reform.
And all this cannot cross state lines and make it truly comparable because??????

Of OVER CONTROLLING GOVERNMENT
My opinion is...California is broke, and still hasn't learned its lesson...*sigh*
I think there will probably be some problems with it in the early stages... but it could be a good idea in the long run...
I'm unimpressed. The entire country is a day late and dollar short when it comes to health care.
