Was the 16th Ammendment actually ratified, and if so what legislation inforces it?

I hear that the 16th Amendment was not properly ratified, and that there is not really a law for enforcing income taxation. Was the 16th Ammendment actually ratified, and if so what legislation inforces it?

If someone tells you they cannot enforce it, tell them you will follow suit after they stop paying taxes for a few years!!!!

Yes it was and you have to pay your taxes. The tax laws are legitimate because of it. If you don't believe it, say "hi" to Wesley Snipes in prison.
