Politicians will deliberately pass laws they know are going to be tossed out as unconstitutional , just to get elected again. I've seen local politicians willing to waste hundreds of thousands of dollars defending policies and decorations, just to play up what Christians they are.If politicians know that some legislation they propose would be vetoed and that they couldn't override it?
