Actually, Bush is working on the opposite. In his final days of presidency, he's signing resolutions to weaken the regulations we have. Fortunately, Obama will probably rescind all of these resolutions when he takes over. Bush and his administration have been only concerned about business, to the detriment of our health and our ecology.
