The largest part was the 3 part Stimulus.
1/3 was tax cuts to the middle class $290 bil.
1/3 was money to the states to avoid layoffs of police fire and teachers $300 Bil
1/3 was money for jobs programs. $300 bil.
and while Pubs will say that 'not one job was created', just take a look at all the republicans standing at ribbon cutting ceremonies handing out huge novelty checks.
