If you are right then this country is even dumber then I thought. I don't love Obama and I'm not a Democrat but the Republicans caused this whole problem. That may be a little strong, but at least the Republicans controlled the Presidency for 20 of the past 30 years, and the congress for 13 straight years, 6 of Bushes years too.
Well the Republicans have basically made it impossible for Obama to pass anything so far, so probably not a whole lot.
But let me get this straight. The Republicans destroyed the economy, left us with huge deficits, (like they have every time that they have been in office over the past 30 years) and you want them to be in office again? By the time they are done this time there will be a 0% top marginal gains tax, all of the tax burden will be paid by fees on the poor (since there will be no more middle class), and we will have a deficit that exceeds our GDP. Sounds great to you apparently.What legislation will Obama be able to sign into law once they lose control of the House of Representatives?
Unfortunately he will pass everyone of his progressive bills through the lame duck session
