It'll never happen and, should any opposing political party attempt to further regulate it or attempt to curb it, the media would slander them to the world. I wasn't aware that newborns are being murdered in the US. Hmmm. You would think that would be quite the big story.
If you are referring to abortions, get over it. A newborn is a baby that was just born, either through C section or vaginal birth. An abortion is performed on a zygote.
