What piece of Legislation is there in the UN which guarantees National Sovereignty?

Its all above really. Is it the UN Charter or something else? If it is the Charter then which article? What piece of Legislation is there in the UN which guarantees National Sovereignty?
It is in the UN charter. From the link below...

"State sovereignty has, for the past several hundred years, been a defining principle of interstate relations and a foundation of world order. The concept lies at the heart of both customary international law and the United Nations (UN) Charter and remains both an essential component of the maintenance of international peace and security and a defence of weak states against the strong."

The Veto has been used on several occasions in the security council to respect the sovereignty of nations in the past.

I hope you find the links below of use on this.
The UN is only as enabled as its founding members allow it to be. Otherwise it's just another bloated government agency wasting money. Check the link below for the answer to your question. I have read it and am certain your answer is there. What piece of Legislation is there in the UN which guarantees National Sovereignty?
Unless I'm way behind in my global political knowledge, the UN doesn't get decide what nations are and are not sovereign.
I understand there's something in the UN charter to that effect but it really doesn't count for anything. What piece of Legislation is there in the UN which guarantees National Sovereignty?
