Who knows but it would be a lot easier if they just passed marijuana legislation regardless of the use. I mean its not like your going to get cancer right? People argue that it makes you look stupid when your high and you do stupid stuff. Yet doesnt drinking a lot make you drunk? Dont you look stupid when your drunk because you do stupid stuff? Exactly, I figure make it legal and tax it just like they tax cigarettes and drinks.
